To create a free blog you should have a google gmail account.

Lets get started,
1.Firts of all if you don't have a google account just create it.
2.Now go to www.blogger.com and you will see a "create" button click on it,
This will take you to a google login page now just login to you gmail account..

That's it your new free blogger account is created.

To post a content on your newly created blog click on "New post" then you will see a popup window that ask you to enter title of blog and address of your blogger..

Enter your blog title in Title box and give a short and sweet address to your blog.. Your blog address will look like
"YOURBLOGNAME".blogspot.com
